Exchange & returns

We want every part to fit your car exactly, but if it doesn't, the item can be exchanged or returned.

Return and exchange conditions

• The period and procedure for an exchange or return are agreed with our manager.
• The item must be in its original condition: no signs of installation, no scratches or damage, and with the original packaging intact.
• Items made or painted to individual order may not be eligible for exchange or return — please confirm this when placing your order.

How to request a return

1. Contact our manager and give your order number — it is shown after you place the order.
2. Describe the reason for the return or exchange and attach photos of the item.
3. Agree with us on the method and address for returning the item.

Consumer rights regarding returns and exchanges are governed by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
